/ THE CHALLENGE
Managing parking across multiple sites was messy—slow check-ins, manual logbooks, and way too much back and forth.
We needed to build an internal system that worked for everyone: users in a rush, landlords juggling lots, and operators needing real-time control. The challenge was delivering clarity, speed, and trust—all from one screen.

Creation of a web and mobile experience that allows operators to register vehicles, access parking history and bookings, manually open and close boom gates—all from one system.
Landlords got their own dashboard with live status, user management, and detailed reports. Everything was built to be fast, foolproof, and flexible—whether they’re managing one lot or twenty.

We created eye-catching banners, posters, and on-site prompts to guide drivers through the platform—making it easy to register, pay, and exit without hassle..
If users still miss the signs or skip payment, the internal system acts as a backup. Operators can step in to track sessions manually and close the loop. It’s the safety net when self-service doesn’t stick.
/ OUTCOME
Since launch, the software has significantly improved the parking experience across multiple sites. Hold-ups at boom gates dropped by (at least) 27%, and support calls related to access issues fell by 40% within the first month.
Landlords reported smoother operations, while users loved the seamless entry and exit—90% of registered drivers completed their parking session without needing assistance.
