Career Connect is a tech bootcamp helping newbies learn in-demand digital skills—like coding, product design, and data analysis—through structured, beginner-friendly courses.
Previously focused on in-person classes, Career Connect set out to expand its reach through a fully virtual learning experience. I was brought in to redesign the platform—improving SEO, modernizing the UI, and building the foundation for scalable online growth.

/ THE CHALLENGE
Career Connect’s strength had always been in hands-on, physical classrooms—but with growing demand and limited location reach, the team needed to pivot online. The challenge? Their existing site wasn’t optimized for discoverability or engagement.
Users struggled to find relevant courses, the UI lacked clarity, and the site wasn’t pulling its weight in search. The transition to virtual learning needed a full digital rethink—from structure to experience.


/ SOLUTION
Reimagining the platform as a virtual-first learning environment. The UI was rebuilt to guide users clearly through discovery, enrollment, and progress. Every course page was optimized with SEO best practices—semantic tags, clean URLs, and structured content.
I also created reusable landing page blocks for the marketing team—so they could quickly build SEO-friendly campaigns, target specific skills, and convert interest into signups.


/ BRANDING
The branding of Career Connect emphasized clarity, opportunity, and upward momentum.
The color palette mixes energetic blues with grounded greens, balancing trust and growth. We extended the identity into digital campaigns, web UI, and marketing materials—all designed to feel cohesive, clear, and conversion-ready. Whether you're seeing the logo on a billboard or a browser tab, it’s unmistakably Career Connect.


/ OUTCOME
The new platform direction was pushed straight into development with full team buy-in. Early tests with current students and applicants received overwhelmingly positive feedback, praising the clarity of the interface and how easy it was to find the right course.
Several users described the experience as “finally feeling like a real product” and “something I’d actually share with friends.” It wasn’t just a redesign—it was a relaunch with momentum.
